- Organization of the arrival, berthing and departure of the vessel. We carry out formal procedures on request of pilotage and tugboats. We establish relations with local authorities, help solve problems and prevent them from arising during parking. Port customs, regulations, mandatory regulations or changes thereto, as well as regular reports with the most up-to-date information on the vessel;

- Information to shipowner and charterer We protect the interests of the shipowner and the charterer by coordinating with them and the consignor the publication of each document;

Toyama Kaigai Boeki offers port-to-port freight forwarding in Japanese ports as a self-supporting service, for example, for CIF imports and in combination with multimodal freight.
